    My Bio: I grew up in my mother's dance studio studying ballet, tap and jazz. I was working in a professional capacity in dance and musical theater by the age of 9. Growing up in my studio also allowed me the opportunity to learn the business and administration. My mother, Vikki Anthony and Al Gilbert started Rainbow Connection 15 years ago. I have been the administrative director for the past 5 years.
