My Bio: About Monsters of HipHop Founded by Andy Funk, Becky Funk and Angie Servant in 2003, Monsters of HipHop is the conceptual blend of competitive dance, business and marketing. While Monsters has grown tremendously, the company strives to maintain the family environment on which it was built with its mission to bring hip hop dancers together with the industry's top dance professionals in a fun and challenging environment that fosters self-fulfillment and career development. Monsters maintains a "family" atmosphere where faculty are approachable & accessible, the classes are not over-crowded and everyone feels welcome and supported. Monsters faculty are some of the most respected and influential choreographers in the industry who truly are in the position of hiring dancers, something that happens frequently at Monsters. Faculty includes: Napoleon & Tabitha Dumo, Marty Kudelka, Dave Scott, Rhapsody, Jamal Sims, Popin' Pete, Mr. Wiggles, Kevin Maher, Brian Friedman, Chuck Maldonado, Chonique Sneed and Lisette Bustamante, Flomaster, Luam, Suga Pop, Tony Testa, Misha Gabriel, Teresa Espinosa, and the WORLD FAMOUS Jabbawockeez Crew!
