Nickelodeon: Get off the Couch and Dance!
The Nick 6 Dancers
Nickelodeon has officially jumped on the reality dance show bandwagon.
But Vice President Majorie Cohn told the Daily News not to expect a "Dancing with the Stars" knockoff. "Dance on Sunset," which is scheduled to premiere March 29 at 9:30 pm after the 2008 Kid's Choice Awards, is an action packed "lifestyle show" aimed at getting kids involved and off the couch.

"Dance War" Fights a Losing Battle

I had high hopes for "Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann," the six-week "Dancing with the Stars" spin-off. But Monday night's performance was a huge disappointment, proving that initial reviews were far too lenient on this poorly conceived, all fluff no substance reality dance show.
