Location: America Theatre-Av.Galiano 253, Centro Habana, Cuba.

Workuba is a one week intensive dance workshop that is offered twice a year (usually in February and September). Classes are held for the following levels: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. This workshop offers classes that teach a variety of Latin dances that have their roots in African dance. In addition, classes in complementary artistic techniques as they relate to dance/performance are offered.
Our team of instructors are professional Teachers with a wide range of dance/choreography experience and artistic achievements:

Classes: Afro-Cuban, Afrobrazilian, Latin Jazz, Tango, Cuban Salsa, Rueda, Theater, Modern Dance, Dance Training, Afro-Torso Work, the Cuban Son, Rumba.

Dancing in Havane!!

Participants may submit a choreography in the show closing. The choreography will be evaluated by the team of teachers for their presentation. Participants should bring music in CD format.

Price: 250. USD / Observer: 150.USD

Bid to Teachers: Teachers who enroll 20 students will have free access. Please send list of students before January 25 of 2010. The list is checked at Havana, on the day of registration
