MADONNA - Latest News !!!!!!!!!!!

Hola !! Greetings from Europe.
I am writing from glorious Paris. Staying in the hub of the theatre district, across the street from Sansha and nearby the Moulin Rouge.
I have flown into Paris from Barcelona, Spain where I had the pleasure of witnessing MADONNA perform her STICKY and SWEET concert tour LIVE.

The concert took place at the Stadio Olimpico, an open air arena, under a perfect Mediterranean summer evening sky. Madonna ROCKED IT !! She was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. She knocked out a mixture of old school era classics and new school Sticky and Sweet hits. Mads played the electric guitar for a rock version of "Dress You Up", a dance version of "Like A Prayer" and jump roped her way, (double dutch and all !) through an updated version of "Get Into The Groove".

One of the highlights for me was her cruising down the stage in a white and silver Rolls Royce adorning a top hat and looking fierce. She was strutting her stuff all over the stage and working the chore as hard as her sensational dancers. She is one insane show person for her age - nothing less than flat out from start to finish, in 6 inch heels none the less. Did I mention she double dutched ? !!!!!

As for the choreography..... Rich and Tone did an INCREDIBLE job. The house dance infusion was such a sweet treat ! Sick moves left, right and center ! HOT, HOT, HOT !!!!!

The graphics, moving screens and the light show deserve a mention. Production levels were outstanding, particularly the transparent video screens that encased Madonna and her performers, revealing them at certain points according to the choroegraphy. The magical quality of the concert was highlighted in "Ray Of Light" when rays of laser beams splayed out into the Catalonian sky.

Mads tributed MICHAEL JACKSON throughtout her concert. She showcased a medley of classic MJ hits in dedication to the King Of Pop. She wore a white sequined glove, presented pictures of the King on screen and even had a Michael Jackson impersonator busting out his signature moves.

Aptly Madonna strung together a slew of Spanish hits tying in "Lucky Star Bonita". The crowd of Spaniards went nuts and the Stadio Olimpico burst into dance.

Madonna continues to reinvent herself time and time again and this tour was yet another example of her brilliance.

Final words.... she can do anything !

HOT OFF THE PRESS: Madonna shot a new video earlier that evening involving her Catalonian fans .... must watch out for that !

Au revoir from Paris, stay tuned for more reviews from around the world.
