Advance notice - you heard it here first!

Auditions for Chicago Tap Theatre, one of the most exciting and innovation professional tap companies in the country, will be held on Saturday, August 1, at the Joel Hall Dance Center in Chicago.  More info on the company and the audition process is available on the CTT website (http://www.chicagotaptheatre.com).  However, the best way to get to know the company is through its work, and you have two opportunities to do so before the auditions - more info after the jump!

To be a success at an audition, you need to know the style and tone of the company you're interested in joining.  There are two opportunities to see Chicago Tap Theatre in performance - their fantastic fairytale tap opera, Little Dead Riding Hood, plays through June 14, and their all-premier show, Beyond Blue:  New Tones in Tap, plays one night only on July 18.  Check out the CTT website (noted above) for more info on times and tickets.
