Hi, Martine here. I am so excited to be blogging each week for Dancer Universe :)

A bit about me: I began dancing when I was young at Barbara Jayne Dance Center in Australia. I moved to NY and continued study at USA's finest establishments such as Broadway Dance Center, Millenium Dance Complex in LA as well as ballroom with world champions at Rogers Dance Sport. I rocked a cool career under the stage name Martine La Pri with highlights such as dancing on the Grammy's, appearing on David Letterman, performing for Michael Jackson and Madonna, joining the Screen Actor's Guild, being in various film and television such as "Enchanted", "American Gangster", "Ugly Betty" and more. After a full career, I decided to give back to the next generation of dancers and threw myself into coaching, choreographing and teaching, primarily in New York and New Jersey. I also adjudicate competitions internationally, featuring Bravo National Talent and Dance Competition across the USA. I have an Entertainment and Marketing consultancy business, Style Station which specializes in the development of companies, products and individuals in the entertainment and hospitality industries. I also review entertainment and arts world wide under the Style Station umbrella.
