EXSPERIENC IN ANY DANCE.. so i dont know what to do . i am thinking of mayb opening up my own lil dance and gym studio but dont even know were to start i havent a single clue. Hey there.  If you don't mind my asking, how old are you?  Opening a studio is a HUGE undertaking, and should not be thought of lightly, or done because your former studio left a bad taste in your mouth.  I understand that there is only one studio in your town, and you are anxious to prove to everyone, especially your employers, that you can do it better.  However, a lack of business experience will do the exact opposite.  It could drive customers away from you, and they will be difficult to win back.  I suggest finding another studio to work for, for now.  Go to other towns if you have to.  Pay close attention to the studio owner, and how he/she runs their business.  Ask tons of questions.  Ask for advice and help.  Take a business class.  Then, in a couple of years, you'll be more prepared to start your own place, and you'll have a better chance of surviving.

So, I suggest waiting a while, and not jumping in until you are TRULY ready, not because you think you're ready.  But, that's just my opinion, and the ultimate decision, of course, lies with you.  Best of luck with whatever you choose!
