Our shoot took place in Brooklyn with photographer/dancer Jaqlin Medlock. Since this a Spring issue we wanted it to seem warm outside, but in reality it was anything but; it had just snowed in NYC 2 days before! We brushed snow off of everything we could, but while there was a clear sky, the temperature was still well below freezing. In between takes outside Jared threw on a coat to keep warm, but once the tap shoes came on he managed to tap dance himself warm. Look out for the new issue, hitting your mailbox soon!

its funny...

tap is probably the only form of dance that you really dont need to "look" out for...

listen..."listen" for the tap...its calling you...it needs your love just like jazz and modern...and its less needy and controlling.
