After buying my daughter her first pair of stunningly beautiful pair of pointe shoes, we went to pick out the special bag to keep her pointe shoes in and discovered there were only two bags to choose from and they were terrible, so . . .

we went home and looked in dance catalogs and online to find a memorable bag with some personality.  After looking everywhere we could think of, we realized plain, boring bags were the only pointe shoe bags available.  Disappointing to say the least.

A few days later I realized we could make a bag that would have some personality and character.  We could make a pointe shoe bag that was just as special as those first pair of pointe shoes.

That idea turned into a home-based business.  The details were thought up at the kitchen table, over the stack of unfolded laundry, waiting for my daughter during her dance classes, and over our sewing machine.  And our name was chosen after our dog - Grover.

Our hope is that you can find a pointe shoe bag that is special and remarkable enough to use to carry your pointe shoes.
