Teachers looking for a little professional development may find refuge studying under the tutelage of one of the top modern companies in the country. This summer, the Ailey School will offer the 2008 Lester Horton Pedagogy Workshops. These workshops will give teachers an opportunity to develop an understanding of Horton studies, review its vocabulary, and explore the technique's range and depth under master teacher and B.F.A. Program Co-Director Ana Marie Forsythe.

The first introductory session will occur Monday-Friday, July 14-18 and the second advanced session is offered the following week, Monday-Friday, July 21-25.  (Some knowledge of the Horton Technique is preferred).
