Me and Patrick Swayze

Say it ain't so! According to a published report by "The National Enquirer," Patrick Swayze has been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer, and has only a few weeks left to live.

The paper claims Swayze, 55, has been receiving aggressive treatment at Stanford, but the treatments don't seem to be working. Swayze's publicist has yet to issue a denial.

I had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing Swayze a while back, and I can tell you the man remains as passionate about dance as ever. He's sweet, down-to-earth, and certainly doesn't deserve to be so sick, or to have such terrible rumors spread about him. For the sake of him and his family, I truly hope this piece of news is completely fictious. Keep Swayze in your prayers!

Patrick Swayze's publicist has released this statement
"Actor Patrick Swayze has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. Patrick's physician Dr. George Fisher states, 'Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far. All of the reports stating the timeframe of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic.' Patrick is continuing his normal schedule during this time, which includes working on upcoming projects. The outpouring of support and concern he has already received from the public is deeply appreciated by Patrick and his family."

I used to very sad when i heard that Patrick Swayze got Cancer at that time.
