The cast of "Step It Up & Dance"

Dance appears to be saturating the airwaves as yet another dance reality show makes its way to television. "Step It Up & Dance" will air on Bravo Thursday, April 3 at 10pm ET/PT.

While lacking an original name and premise (contestants must compete for a cash prize and to "learn what it takes to make it big in the cutthroat dance industry" alla "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Dancelife"), the show does boast an interesting cast of participants, judges and choreographers.

Elizabeth Berkeley, of "Saved by the Bell" and "Showgirls" fame, will host. That seems like an odd choice, but with Mario Lopez anchoring "America's Best Dance Crew," you never know who will be at the helm of these dance reality shows. Maybe Screech can host a ballet competition?

All joking aside, the show does hold some gravitas with the likes of Broadway choreographer Jerry Mitchell mentoring the dancers, and Nancy O'Meara ("Hanna Montana," "High School Musical Tour") and Vince Patterson (Madonna's "Blonde Ambition" tour, Michael Jackson's "Bad" tour) as judges.
