As Laura's Mom I can attest to her love and desire for dance.  She did not take the easy road and give up her dream to be a dancer when many people, including teachers, told her she would never make it.    She never gave up!!  She would work harder and harder to achieve her goal.  As her mom, it was difficult to see and hear comments about her lack of extension and flexibility.  what Laura had and still has is the  ability to show her love of dance through her performances.  Many times people I didn't even know would come up to me and tell me how Laura was able to move them through her dancing.  Laura has also been lucky to have had a few teachers who have truly believed in her and her desire to perform. I am very proud of her as a person and dancer.  I can't wait to see her perform in Bloomsburg, Pa.
